The 8,500 seater stadium bowl and pitch can be hired by external companies, organisations, and teams.
Facilities for hire include the stadium stands and pitch, with access to changing rooms.
Other facilities which can be included in a package include hospitality areas, conference rooms, and catering.

Box Six by BoConcept; a global design chain that offers stylish and affordable furniture and accessories for every room.
Overlooking the pitch, the room has tinted windows for privacy whilst allowing you to see what’s happening outside.
The meeting room offers ample space for 12 guests to be seated at the conference table, with a 60” smart screen TV that can connect to a laptop for presentations, as well as a flipchart/whiteboard.
A separate high table with two bar stools allow for easy viewing out towards the pitch.
Our stadium staff will be on hand should you need anything during the use of our box.

THE CLASSROOM
The York Stadium Education & Training Centre Classroom offers a great, spacious environment for team presentations, bonding exercises and training days within the LNER Community Stadium.
Up to 21 participants can be housed in one large table setup, with the ability available to break down into individual rows depending on the requirement.
Our large interactive touch screen powered by Promethean offers Windows 11 software ready to use and load up on. A laptop can also be plugged in via HDMI.
Looping the room's wall, power sockets allow for attendees to always stay connected during their stay.
A flipchart/white board can be supplied on demand within the room.

COMMUNITY ROOM
Used as our fourth changing room on double header matches, the Community Room is exactly that; a larger space for groups of up to 30 people to hold meetings or team building exercises.
With a projector, flip chart and whiteboard there is everything you need for your team presentation.
